What happens if a room doesn't fill?
Rooms stay open for 30 days. If one hasn't filled by then, every stake in it is refunded in full and nobody spins.
Do I have to pay to enter?
No. Every room and every Big One draw has a free postal entry route. Free entries answer the same question and win the same prize.
How do I know the spin is fair?
Before a room fills, the hash of its seed is shown on the room page. After the spin, the seed is published. Anyone can paste it into the verify page and recompute the winner.
How and when am I paid?
Bank transfer within five working days of the result. The longest anyone has waited so far is five days.
Who can play?
You must be 18 or over and resident in the UK. We may ask for proof of age before paying a prize.
