The room fills, the wheel spins
The moment slot fifteen goes, the wheel spins over the top of the page. The winning number is picked from a seed whose hash was published before the room filled.
Paid within five working days
The winner takes eleven times the stake by bank transfer. The seed is posted next to the result so the spin can be checked.

The maths, plainly
When a room opens, a 256-bit seed is generated and its SHA-256 hash is shown on the room page. When the fifteenth slot is taken, the winner is calculated as the first eight hex characters of SHA-256(seed:gameID), read as a number, mod 15, plus one. The seed is then published next to the result. Because the hash was public before anyone knew who held which slot, the seed could not have been chosen to favour a number. You can recompute any result on the verify page.
If a room does not fill
Rooms are open for 30 days. If a room has not filled by then, every stake in it is refunded in full and the room closes without a spin. The Big One works the same way: no draw until all 1,200 tickets are sold, otherwise every ticket is refunded.
